New Glarus is 100 miles or a couple hours away from McGregor. House on the Rock is 60 miles from New Glarus in Spring Green, WI. Dodgeville is in between: Dodgeville is the home of Lands End. These are all in the same region.

A couple hours and a 100 miles would take you to Sparta and LaCrosse area from the New Glarus region. LaCrosse is 30 miles from Sparta. La Crosse is sixty miles north of Prairie Du Chein also on the Mississippi.
